Your first 7 days with Votriz
Most brands publish their first post within an hour of signup. Here's the realistic 7-day activation arc.
Day 1 — Signup + brand basics
Complete the 5-step onboarding (Quick Start →). Connect one platform you already have a real account on — the first one matters most for Brand DNA training.
Day 2 — Seed Brand DNA
Paste 3 existing posts that sound like you. Review the first batch of AI-generated drafts; approve 5, edit 3, reject anything off-voice. That feedback is the single highest-leverage training signal.
Days 3–4 — Approve daily
Expect ~3-5 drafts per platform per day. Spend 10 min in the Content Queue. Every approve/edit refines the DNA.
Day 5 — Add competitors + SEO audit
Add 3 competitors in Monitor → Competitors. Trigger a site audit from SEO → Run audit. Both run in the background; results the next morning.
Day 6 — Review Presence Score
Your baseline score appears. Don't obsess over the number — obsess over the sub-scores. Low engagement? Try shorter posts. Low SEO? Start a content brief from Keywords.
Day 7 — Turn on Ghost Presence (optional)
Set one narrow auto-approve rule: confidence ≥ 90%, platform = LinkedIn, topic = "product updates". You'll see the loop firing without you.
Mastering Brand DNA
Brand DNA is your voice model. Every interaction teaches it something.
What it learns from
- Approved posts — positive signal; this is on-voice
- Edited posts — the diff is the strongest signal. "You replaced 'leverage' with 'use'" → vocabulary preference captured
- Rejected posts — the reason you select (off-topic, wrong tone, too salesy, too formal) feeds a negative-pattern learner
Per-platform voice profiles
LinkedIn and TikTok are different. Brand DNA keeps separate profiles per platform so professional posts don't leak meme energy into your agency LinkedIn.
Speed-training
Paste 10 example posts instead of 3 at onboarding. Review 20 drafts in the first week. You'll hit "writes like me" in ~2 weeks instead of a month.
Email marketing playbook
The four-step loop: find leads, write emails, automate triggers, read the analytics.
1. Find leads
Campaign Leads → Generate Leads. Pick a niche + location. The worker searches the web via DuckDuckGo (free) and Tavily (paid fallback), extracts business contacts with emails, and scores each one 0-100.
2. Write campaigns
Email Campaigns → New. Describe the email in a sentence — the AI drafts it. Review + edit the HTML inline, pick recipients (all / by industry / AI-generated leads only / by tag), and send.
3. Automate triggers
Automations → New. Trigger types: new signup, lead score threshold, days since last email, tag added. Action types: send email campaign, add tag, update lead score.
4. Read analytics
Email Analytics → Overview. Opens, clicks, bounces, unsubscribes per campaign. CAN-SPAM compliant unsubscribe handling is automatic.
SEO growth guide
From zero to tracked rankings in under a week.
Start with an audit
SEO → Run audit. The crawler hits up to 50 same-host pages and scores each one for on-page SEO, technical signals, and load time. Critical issues surface at the top.
Research keywords
SEO → Research keywords. Enter a niche + optional seed keywords. Claude clusters the results into 5–10 topical buckets with intent classification.
Generate briefs + content
From any cluster card, click "Create brief". AI outlines the article, drafts it in markdown, and scores the output for keyword density, structure, and length.
Track rankings daily
SEO → Keywords tab. 30-day sparkline per keyword, rank delta badge, best/worst performers. Snapshots taken at 05:30 UTC.
Agency setup
Managing 3 or 30 clients from one login. Requires Command tier or above.
- Each client is a brand under your org. All agents run per-brand — content, monitoring, SEO, email.
- Switch brands via the top-left brand selector. Dashboard + all pages re-scope instantly.
- White-label: Settings → White Label → upload your logo + accent color. Clients see your branding instead of "Votriz".
- Approval delegation: Give each client's POC a viewer role on their own brand only. Send them the Telegram approval bot link scoped to their brand.
- Billing consolidation: One Stripe subscription covers all brands. Invoices itemize usage per brand for passthrough billing.
Ghost Presence — autonomous mode
The feature that keeps your brand active when you're asleep or off.
Turn on auto-approve rules
Ghost Presence → Auto-Approve Rules → Add rule. Each rule has: topic, minimum confidence (%), and platforms. Content matching a rule publishes without manual approval.
Safety controls
Ghost Presence → Safety Controls. Block specific topics (pricing, legal, crisis) so they never auto-publish. Set a global confidence floor (default 85%) so borderline content always goes to humans.
Scheduling
Always-on vs custom hours (UTC). Max posts per day + minimum interval between posts (so back-to-back thundering-herd posts can't happen).
Video content pipeline
Text prompt → AI video → TikTok/YouTube/Shorts in one session.
- Video Studio → New. Pick a template (11 available) or paste a text prompt.
- Aspect ratio + duration: 9:16 / 30s for TikTok & Reels, 16:9 / any for YouTube, 1:1 for feed posts.
- Optional voiceover + auto-subtitles.
- Remotion renders the video; job status is polled live.
- When it completes, the video flows into your Content Queue. Approve to publish.
Presence Score explained
A single 0-1000 number, but five sub-scores do the actual work.
What the score means
- 0-299 — Starting. You're new or dormant.
- 300-599 — Growing. Momentum is real but fragile.
- 600-799 — Strong. Consistent signal across channels.
- 800-1000 — Dominant. Few brands reach here.
Sub-scores
- Social reach — log-scaled follower counts across connected channels
- Engagement — weighted average engagement rate (last 30 days)
- Content velocity — posts per week normalized to your plan tier
- Brand consistency — how on-voice your published content is (Brand DNA match rate)
- Growth momentum — follower + engagement delta vs last 30 days
Score updates daily at ~02:00 UTC. A 30-day history powers the trend chart on the dashboard.
