You can request data deletion through any of the following methods. All requests are processed within 30 days.
Log in to app.votriz.com → Settings → Account → Delete Account. Your account and all associated data will be permanently deleted within 30 days.
Fill in the data deletion request form on this page. You will receive a confirmation email at the address provided. We will process your request and confirm deletion within 30 days.
Send your request to [email protected] with the subject line Data Deletion Request. Include the email address associated with your Votriz account.
When you request data deletion, the following applies:
ℹ Content already published to social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, etc.) exists on those platforms and must be deleted directly through each platform's settings. Votriz cannot retroactively delete content from third-party platforms.
We acknowledge your request and send a confirmation email within 24 hours.
We verify your identity to prevent unauthorized deletion requests.
Your data is permanently deleted from our active systems, backups, and all connected services.
We send a final confirmation email confirming that your data has been permanently deleted.

If you connected your Facebook or Instagram account to Votriz and wish to remove the data Votriz received through that connection:
We comply fully with Meta's Platform Terms regarding user data deletion. Upon receiving a deletion request, we permanently delete all Facebook and Instagram user data from our systems.
