Votriz integrates with third-party social media platforms including Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, and others. When you connect these platforms:
For Instagram and Facebook integrations, your data is processed in accordance with Meta's Platform Terms and our agreements with Meta Platforms, Inc.
When you connect a YouTube channel to Votriz, we use the official YouTube Data API v3 via Google OAuth 2.0. Votriz's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

Limited Use disclosure. Information obtained from Google APIs is used only to provide and improve the user-facing Votriz features described above. We affirm that:
Data retention & revocation. Google access tokens are encrypted at rest with AES-256 (Fernet) and refreshed automatically. You can disconnect a YouTube channel from Votriz at any time via Settings → Channels — disconnecting immediately invalidates the stored tokens and removes our access. You can additionally revoke Votriz's access to your Google account directly at myaccount.google.com/permissions. Upon disconnection or revocation, we delete the associated access tokens and channel metadata within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
Your use of YouTube via Votriz is also governed by the YouTube Terms of Service and the Google Privacy Policy.
When you connect an Instagram Business or Facebook Page to Votriz, we use the Instagram Graph API and Facebook Graph API. Votriz's use of information received from Meta APIs adheres to Meta's Platform Terms, the Meta Developer Policies, and Instagram's Platform Policy.

Limited Use disclosure (Meta). We affirm that:
Tokens are encrypted at rest with AES-256 (Fernet) and refreshed automatically. You may disconnect a Meta-connected channel from Votriz at any time via Settings → Channels, or revoke Votriz directly from Facebook Business Integrations. Tokens and metadata are deleted within 30 days of disconnection. Your use of Instagram and Facebook via Votriz is also governed by the Instagram Terms and Meta Privacy Policy.
When you connect a TikTok account to Votriz, we use the TikTok for Developers Content Posting API. Votriz adheres to the TikTok API Platform Terms of Service.

Limited Use disclosure (TikTok). Information obtained from TikTok APIs is used only to provide and improve user-facing Votriz features. We do not transfer TikTok user data to advertising networks, do not allow human review of private content except for security or legal purposes, and do not use TikTok user data to train generalized AI/ML models. Tokens are encrypted at rest, refreshed hourly to maintain post reliability, and deleted within 30 days of disconnection. You can revoke Votriz access from TikTok app permissions.
When you connect a Pinterest account to Votriz, we use the Pinterest API v5. Votriz adheres to the Pinterest API Terms of Service.

Limited Use disclosure (Pinterest). Pinterest-derived user data is used only to provide user-facing Votriz features. We do not share, sell, or transfer Pinterest data to advertising or analytics networks; we do not use it for AI/ML model training; and we do not allow human review except as required for security, abuse investigation, or legal compliance. Tokens are encrypted at rest with AES-256, refreshed automatically, and deleted within 30 days of disconnection. You can revoke Votriz access from Pinterest connected apps.
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your data:
Data is stored on servers located in the United States. If you are located outside the United States, your information may be transferred to and processed in the United States.
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. Upon account deletion, we delete your personal data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
